Name display

Is there any way to change the way names are displayed?  It shows them as the first six letters of the first name and the last initial.  This is really strange in the following examples:

     Kathle. A.
     Jeffer. M.

I even tried switching the names in the user records, so that I could sort by the last name, and then I get:

     Anders. K.
     Milkie. J.

Is there any way to display the entire name (first, last, or both)?  I realize that this will take more space and leave less room for the Comment & Expect Return column.

Also, the default sort seems to be the order the users were entered, rather than by last name or displayed name.  Is there a way to change this default?

Yes, you are right.
In the beginning of this program, I try to put the full name, but the space is limited.

To change the order, you can modify the original script as you like.
