Send group email according to location

Hi David,

Is there a way that we could configure a email function into the In/Out Board? It would be nice if we could click one button and everyone in your location or group (depending on what you selected) would be in the email.

The email doesn't necessarily have to be sent through the In/Out Board either, maybe we could make the button bring all of the emails together into one big mailto: link. It would also be nice to be able to add a premade variable for the Subject line as well.

I am already thinking about email as internal function.

Such as when some one add a future event, an email will automaticly send to the administrator.

As you said, add a link to send a email to a group is also a good idea.

I will think about it.
