Send group email according to location
Hi David, Is there a way that we could configure a email function into the In/Out Board? It would be nice if we could click one button and everyone in your location or group (depending on what you selected) would be in the email. The email doesn't necessarily have to be sent through the In/Out Board...

No I don't. But I am looking into the future. Especially since we are probalby going to increase our employee numbers in the near future so we will have even more records. I suppose I could go and manually delete some of the records and hope I don't break anything  That's what backup's are for...

Utility to Remove old Records
Our database is getting pretty large. Is there a way we could write a script that would go and check to see if that record is being used anymore. It would have to check to see if the record is currently being displayed by default.asp or if it will be used for a future event. Would this create an iss...

New Skin Link
Hi David, Thanks for including my skin in your downloadable release. I noticed that you changed the directory name for the skin, which is fine. I thought I would mention though that the link for the Locaion.gif, Locationactive.gif, menu.gif and menuactive.gif is incorrect in the index.css file. I cu...

Skin 6
I hope everyone enjoys it. I based it off of the new login.asp and error.asp theme. All you have to do is paste the "/6" folder in the "/skins" folder of your installation, that's it. David did a good job of writing the board so it automatically recognizes the new skin when you c...

Updated: NEW SKIN! - Color/Theme Change
UPDATE (5/5/2006): New Skin Available. See post #3 for the download Hi David. I was wondering what your plans were as far as changing the colors of the board. I noticed you changed how login.asp looked. If you would like I can try sometime this week to work on index.CSS to match the rest of the boa...

Where does the error show up? Is it in the server side error log and not displayed on the page? Do you have a link so I can see it? I never noticed it. Edit: I looked further I am not sure where the error is and where it is comming from. I do check to see if there is data or not in signinout.asp muc...
