You password is not accepted.

Please be noted the password can only be letter and number.

PS.
You can also check the email of user. Use the regular email address.

Normal user can change his own status only.
Rec. can change all users' status.

Auto-refresh just makes the user status updated.

Yes, I think you are right.
1) Download the pack.
2) Unzip it in any folder.
3) Copy all files you unpacked in step 2 into your working directory.
4) Run update script by http://www.yoursite.com/pt_upgrade.asp
5) Delete the script, pt_upgrade.asp

In your internet browser, enter http://www.yoursite.com/pt_upgrade.asp
After you see the Success, delete the pt_upgrade.asp file.
