If you don't know if the ASP is enabled. Navigate to Server Manager > Roles > Web Server (IIS) > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, click on the server name, open the "ISAPI and CGI Restrictions" window iis-isapi.jpg Check ASP and make sure it is allowed iisapi-asp.jpg

On Windows 10 pro IIS Sometimes you see the error 3706 when connecting the MDB database file, or: The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.
