Updated: NEW SKIN! - Color/Theme Change

Post by tyman00 »

UPDATE (5/5/2006): New Skin Available. See post #3 for the download

Hi David.

I was wondering what your plans were as far as changing the colors of the board. I noticed you changed how login.asp looked. If you would like I can try sometime this week to work on index.CSS to match the rest of the board to the login.css theme.

If you already have plans to do it, or already are working on it I will let you finish it. Keep up the good work!

I have no plan for the rest of the other pages.

You can make it, and I will add it as a new skin, say skin 6

Skin 6

Post by tyman00 »

I hope everyone enjoys it. I based it off of the new login.asp and error.asp theme.

All you have to do is paste the "/6" folder in the "/skins" folder of your installation, that's it. David did a good job of writing the board so it automatically recognizes the new skin when you change your user settings.

I also included three images from the "/images" folder. I made the background transparent so they blend in better with the background. This will also be good for future skins if they have backgrounds other than white. Just replace the old images with these new ones (they have the same names)

It looks so nice to match the background color with the text.

Thank you for your participating in this program.

No problem. I figure the little I can add is a way of showing my thanks for allowing us to use the program for free. :)
