I Modified the "Modify/Delete Event" page

Currently you can only view the whole list of events (from multiple users) if you were an admin. I wanted my normal viewers to be able to see a list of all the future events as well, but to only be able to modify/delete their own events.
I modified the fevent_eddel.asp page to do so. In this file at lines 187-196 you will see where my first section of modification started. The second section of modification is at lines 238-274.
Both sections are documented with the changes and the process of the changes function.
To impliment simply replace your old fevent_eddel.asp with the file I attached. As always I highly reccomend that you make a backup copy of your file before replacing it just in case something doesn't work right.
David, I do not know if you want to include this in the next release or not. But I thought it might be nice for someone that wants this feature.
