Two lists showing

I recently installed version 10.03.0.2812 and several things are happening.
1) Nothing happens when I try to change the skins, all I get is a simple white background.
2) I'm getting two lists of people. Is it displaying a list of one specific location and also the "all locations?" I only have one location and one group. I just want one list.
3) Are you supposed to be able to sort by the Name column or the status column? It doesn't work. The status column shows "S"
4) Now that the software is up to v10, why not add more space for the names? That request seems pretty simple to grant.
Is anyone checking these forums? There are only a few entries from 2011. It seems that something happened to the forums and a restore from 2009 was made. The forums are not very helpful since the entries are so old.
