New Features in the v6.03.0081

The following features are deployed into the v6.03.0081.

- Add a new feature for security reason. The database name can be changed to whatever name.
Add a new file inc.asp, which is a setting file.
Default page will be based on the location and group.
News details for visitor view.
Time zone implement. Time zone set on the location.
All time and date displayed are based on the user's locaiton, timezone.
The IP address and the Name are recorded when the status changed by signinout. The records are showed in report.
